Three: sounds to me like they pretty much nailed the harmonies; not an easy thing to do apparently because I’ve never heard anyone else come close, after all these years. P.S. don’t call it a guitjo. Also, you should maybe go listen to a Papa Charlie Jackson record.

Weight watchers won't push you to where to you need to be to reach your goal of that half hour run. It will take a lot of hard work, exercise, and eating right. And if you're not willing to stick with it everyday (NO MATTER WHAT) it is going to be very hard to meet your goals. I ran across a site (not promoting) that reviewed some of the top weight loss programs to try. They can be done at home. It seemed to work better for me because you can push yourself as hard as possible and maybe make noises or whatever is needed to work hard and it wont be embarrassing at the gym. Well, you can color the mark with permanent marker, but it's usually very hard to match the existing color.

Or you can dye the pants. Dying them black is probably your best bet, no matter what color the pants are now.

I don't recommend using Rit Dye™, tho. Rit Dye isn't very colorfast. I once dyed a pair of jeans with Rit and they turned my legs black every time I wore them, even after many washings. I finally just threw the jeans in the trash.

No, you can never take a deduction for a loss on the sale of a personal residence, even to offset the gain on the sale of a rental property.

Had you converted your personal residence to a rental unit you could have used that loss to offset the gain on the other rental. If the loss was enough to wipe out the gain on the sale of the rental, some of the additional loss could have been claimed against your other income with the balance of the loss carried forward to future tax years.

An even better approach (if feasible for you) might have been to move in to the rental for 2 years and rent out your former principal residence and then sell them both. You'd have a recapture of the depreciation claimed on the former rental but that probably would not have been enough to put you over the exclusion amount on the sale of a principal residence and you might have been able to take at least a partial loss on the sale of your former principal residence. Even if you couldn't take the entire loss in the year of the sale you usually can carry forward the loss to future tax years.

Unfortunately it's now too late for either of those tax-saving options.
